Vittorio's Italian Eatery

The food and wine was delicious, perfect. Dino, our server was attentive and friendly. We were given a private booth with a curtain. We loved it!

Dinner was excellent ; I ordered the chicken Parmigiano with a Caesar salad .Both were fresh and delicious. I thought that their wine prices were rather expensive...more than at the dining spots at the casino . Our waiter was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items .

Our server Robyn was outstanding! It was Canadian Thanksgiving so they appeared to be a bit understaffed but she was still very attentive and handed her duties as host, waiter and server gracefully and with a delightful positive attitude. The focaccia bread was outstanding. They had a great special Thanksgiving dinner that was excellent taste and value and also tried their wonderful Caesar salad and Chicken Parm. Definitely dont overlook this spot (yes it is adjacent to the food court so there is some noise that comes from the atrium but they created a cozy environment for a nice dining experience)

The food was excellent. If you sit at the booth away from the food court atmosphere, this does provide a perfect ambiance.

Our food was not cooked well and extremely overpriced. When raised the kitchen prepared a new meal but did not offer a discount and a plate of pasta with olive oil and garlic was 38.00. We will not be back

We go here every time at the Fallsview. Excellent food. The Caprese salad is our favourite. Lamb chops the best ! worth every penny.

Unfortunately, the service was extremely sub par. We were asked if we wanted water on the table. All restaurant serve water for free. A nine dollar bottle of water. Prices for specials not given. We had to ask. This restaurant is not as upscale it thinks it is. Also, small portion for price. Nothing special as bout the food.

Great Insalata Caprese! Initially service was excellent until we waited over 30” for our order. Server stated our entrees should be right out, >10 minutes later as we observed her having a prolonged conversation with one table of guests as they ate, we were unable to get her attention necessitating a trip to the hostess stand to inquire of our food status. Oddly, it arrived immediately, cold and unacceptable. Would not recommend this restaurant.

The appetizer was amazing as was the lamb chops. However the pasta was undercooked and gummy texture. The server seemed annoyed when I sent the food back. However, he removed it from the check. Grappa tasted great.

We traveled from the USA to visit Niagara Falls and chose this restaurant on a whim, without any expectations.

A special mention goes to our server, Matt, who was absolutely amazing — polite, helpful, and genuinely kind. He made our dining experience even more enjoyable with his thoughtful service and friendly attitude.

The food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried exceeded our expectations.

If you’re visiting Niagara Falls, don’t miss the chance to eat here. It was one of the highlights of our trip!

Absolutely amazing experience, went on a lunch date with my boyfriend for his 25th birthday, the service was great our server Martina was an absolute sweet heart! Chef joe made it a wonderful experience each dish was delicious!

So, based on strictly passing by this restaurant inside the mall on the bottom floor, we decided to have dinner there. I was hoping the food would be flavorful and have that true authentic Italian taste. I order Rigatoni Bolognese. At best, it was average. The bread was okay, it was seasoned with some sort of garlic seasoning and olive oil. The veal parm wasn’t fried, it is baked, oily, and served with chunky tomato sauce. The fettuccine pasta that comes with the veal parm had an old stale taste. I wouldn’t dine here again. I have to agree with some of the other reviewers on Google. I wasn’t impressed at all.

Amazing service and even more amazing food! Vittorio’s was a highlight of our trip. From our fantastic waitress Bella to the top quality food we will always recommend this restaurant as a must go to destination! If we could give more than 5 stars we would!
