YES! The best red in this region was the cadenza! I don’t drink reds usually but this was amazing. I felt like I can drink it with a salmon or sushi it just melted my heart
Hinterbrook winery is definitely underrated! They are producing some incredible wines (some of the best I have ever tasted) in the Alchemy label. The 2015 Cadenza is also a remarkable wine. Give them all a try and include their Sauvignon Blanc Appassimento! These were undeniably the best wines we had during our stay in Niagara. Bravo! The 2 ladies that waited on us, Genevieve and ???? were so welcoming. Now dubbed my favourite winery in Niagara on the Lake!!
Stopped here while driving in the area and glad we did. The outdoor area was very peaceful and enjoyable. Had a great experience here. We enjoyed the wines and the service from the staff.
