I had a wonderful experience at Konzelmann Estate Winery! Alex was professional and passionate. I absolutely loved learning about the vineyard’s story. Highly recommend

Decided to check out this winery after reading many great reviews and being recommend by a few people. Unfortunately this place did not live up to the hype. There was barely anywhere to sit or enjoy the place, inside was old and not in a pretty way, and the washrooms were the WORST PART OF ALL. The dirty, disgusting washrooms were the icing on this disgusting cake. Garbages overflowing, stinky toilets, and scum and gunk on everything. The washrooms alone are enough of a reason to STAY AWAY.

Konzelmann Winery in Niagara on the Lake is absolutely beautiful! The view from the upstairs area is impressive. You can see the vineyards and the lake, making it the perfect spot to relax and take it all in. Their peach wine slushies are also amazing! Refreshing, fun, and perfect for a warm day. Cute little backyard area to sit. It's definitely worth a visit!

The staff was so welcoming and friendly. We had the dome experience with Maddie and she was so knowledgeable and great with the pairings. Beautiful grounds and buildings.

Just a nice experience. Pairings would great and the food was really good. Would definitely try some of the other experiences they offer. We love konzelman wines 💕

Beautiful winery with excellent ice wine and peach wine.

What a great tasting, with the joyful Donna as our master tastery-teacher! She told so much that I have forgotten what to remember. What I do remember is why we visited: icewine! Absolutely great taste, not to winey, but more the liquor I wanted and expected. And the view from the Winery to Toronto: priceless! Konzelmann and Donna won me over. But also the other staff members. Lovely place and a joy also for non-drinkers like me!

I was really excited to bring my father to this winery because of our German heritage. We visited on a weekday in October. We were the only ones in the wine store at the time and I started talking to one of the ladies at the tasting counter. She was suggesting several wines but said we had to go back outside to purchase a ticket for a wine tasting. I left the rest of my party at the tasting counter to purchase a ticket. I assume she would have started pouring but instead by the time I returned to the counter another party had walked in and had her full attention. I realize this system would come in handy when its really busy but it seemed like such a waste gaining rapport with your customers and then completely ignore me over a silly ticket. Just add the tasting charge to our bill at the end. It was the only winery we visited in Niagara where I did not experience excellent customer service. Maybe consider bending the rules a bit when its not busy? We did enjoy the wine we purchased but the poor customer service left a sour taste in my mouth.

Staff late for our scheduled dome experience by 20 minutes and staff at the tasting room check in and bar area were rude and unaccommodating to have a glass of wine while we were waiting. Not at all customer experience focused!

The peach wine really stood out for me and the experience itself was amazing

Our tour was well managed.
A little pricey, ice wine tasting was charged 5 dollars extra per person, but this should have been included in the base price.

Really enjoyed the tour. Our guide was Hana and she was fantastic. Great wines!

Their peach wine is very good - be sure to try it. I also enjoy Baco Noir, and their Baco offering was pretty good. I also enjoyed their unoaked chardonnay. We bought bottles of all three.

Some blogs had raved about the view at Konzelmann, so my expectations were very high. The view from the observation tower is indeed nice, but the grounds aren't as impressive as I'd hoped.

The server at our tasted appeared a bit rushed - as if she just wanted to get it over with. A subtle thing, but it does diminish the tasting experience.

Really a lovey spot. The Fall Flight was fantastic. Andrew our server was super friendly, knowledgeable and so much fun.
Food and wines were very tasty. Will be back for sure.
