Konzelmann Estate Winery

It was okay. The just put 3 chocolates on a plate with wine and didn’t tell us anything about the wine. No one ever came back to check in with us. Pretty location, but disappointing experience. I only am giving two stars because I feel bad ever giving 1.

Beautiful winery. $10 per person to sample 3 wine that they select to serve you.

Terrible customer service, was told to go into three different rooms to just be told to go wait at the front because someone was there, yet after waiting 10 mins no one was still there. Then went to purchase something, stood in line until the cashier stopped taking to take my product and then say to the people standing behind me that she’ll serve them first and when I said what about me, she pretend to ignore me and continued serving the other customers behind me. Considering it was a festival weekend, inform staff to know what to do and how to treat customers

The wine is... ok, the staff treated us pretty transactional... nothing impressive although the view of Toronto was nice

It's my second time there with my partner and it always feels good, last time we were in a dome room, lots of fun and learned a lot, this time we did a tour of the property and that was good... try the peach wine

As a whole, I did not have a good experience at this winery. The architecture, and the view from the lookout tower were the best parts. None of the staff looked very presentable - shirts untucked, and our host (calling him a sommelier would be absolutely egregious) spoke as if he was high at a beach party, and smelled strongly of body odor. The wine was subpar at best - the Vidal was underaged, green lacking the typical amber hues, and tasted of oak chips. The peach wine was delicious, and I will return for a few bottles in the future - but I will not be staying for another tasting.

Booked a private tasting. It was not private. We shared the space with other groups. Our person advised it was because another group took over the normal area. It was a problem for me because I had to walk up multiple flights of steps with a walker. But the view was worth it in the end. The view of the vineyards is remarkable.

Our wine person was very friendly and was able to track down the wines I was most interested in sampling. The tasting came with 4 samples that you select from a list.

I was lucky enough to sample the Pinot Noir Off Dry. It was so good I bought 3 bottles.

They have a drinking degustation menu that is awesome, the peach wine is so light and soft. Absolutely delicious!! They also have the ice wine, which is good and worth the try. They have a big selection of different wine Too and prices are good.
Reservations are not required.

We stopped in at the Konzelmann Estate Winery on Oct. 13. It was a chilly, somewhat drizzly day. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor space much. Indoors in was warm and inviting. The interior is really pretty with tons of wood (oak) everywhere. You can go up the stairs and look out viewing windows to see as far as Toronto on the other side of Lake Ontario. We ventured into the tasting room and tried 3 reds. Loved them. The people working the tasting room were incredibly gracious and friendly. Great experience.

We loved our visit to Konzelmann. Gabriella was amazing and gave us lots of recommends for other places to hit! The winery is a must stop! Ask for Gabriella- she will make you feel special?.

I think the staff was being racist towards my group. The receptionist would not tell us the location that the rest of the group headed to because we were delayed 5 minutes (we had a baby with us that needed a diaper change). The wine tour operator was talking about spicy food paired with ice wine and pointed towards our group saying “thank you for bringing the spice”…

The most amazing peach wine.

We visited on Tuesday Oct 15th. Our group of 7 had prebooked the junk food pairing. One of the group has some dietary restrictions and they happily made a substitution for her. We had Kenzie as our server and she was the perfect amount of playful and professional. She was knowledgeable and attentive. We have visited Konzelman several times for different experiences over the last few years and we are never disappointed.

My daughter's, granddaughters and myself were finally able to have a girls day and we went to the Fall Flights experience, once again as usual it was amazing. The pairing of wine and food was excellent. Madison has served us many times and Seth was there to help her, they did an excellent job. We all have been to Konzelmann at different times and we say it is our go to Winery. My husband and I have done The Dome experience and the girls and I are hoping to do it in the near future and see Madison
