dont let it fool you . if you like beer go here! the students make their own brews and there are standards as well. so you try it once and thats it. price is below normal than other breweries.. And if you like, just pop open a tin and sit on the patio and look at the grapes grow.
oh.. yes. wine here as well and spirits. one of my fav spots to try new brew . some events in summer worth a look!
Really incredible beers here. Man, I could spend the whole day trying everything. Student and professor made beers , something for everyone.

They tend to have dry to off-dry beers and ciders. Would love some sweeter beers.... Perhaps a double chocolate milk stout, english brown ale, a breakfast stout available all year?

The Teaching Brewery at Niagara College gives you the opportunity to try brews from the next generation of craft brewers. They offer beer and cider at the bottle shop and tastings in the cozy taproom. Our host, Max, was very helpful and informative. The Teaching Brewery has both recurring brews (the "101" series) as well as custom brews made by students. I am a new fan of the cider (Cider 101) and the Cherry cider (Taylor Road Cider) and brought home several of each.Thanks...
