Orders are constantly messed up,
My mom loves this place when we go to Niagara Falls. She wanted to enjoy an amazing McGriddles sandwich in the morning, but it was rough bread. I will come back but hopefully it is soft bread next time.

McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant that offers varying experiences. While some customers have been disappointed with the setup and staff rudeness, others have had exceptional service. The restaurant has been praised for its quick service during rush hours and accommodating kid-friendly meals, such as substituting a burger with a chicken wrap. Additionally, a manager went above and beyond to help stranded travelers, offering food and assistance with car repairs, and even waited to ensure their safety. The restaurant's convenience and flexibility are appreciated, but the quality of service can vary greatly depending on the location and staff. Customers have noted the decent size of the restaurant, which gets packed with visitors, and the friendly team members who have made their dining experience more pleasant.
