As a Michelin guide restaurant it was disappointing. The food was good. The service was mediocre. Comparing to other Michelin guide restaurants this was disappointing. We enjoyed the flavors, but the experience was sub par, and the portions left us wanting more. I expected better. It was flavorful.

We took the tour and really enjoyed it. The guide was very personable and knowledgeable. The other team members were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the wine too πŸ˜‰

We were a group of girls celebrating a bachelorette. Upon sitting, received complimentary bubbly. It tasted amazing. Our server Danny was wonderful and explained each dish before we ordered. We had the Hen, fish, lamb and mushroom for entrees. All were amazing. Highly recommend to get the lamb. Our apps were asparagus and broccoli. The broccoli was our fav. We also tried the brioche- highly recommend! We ended with the chocolate mousse and some espresso for the table. Overall a wonderful experience and beautiful patio. Will be back again! Thanks Danny!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Trius Winery for my birthday celebration.

I booked our reservation for a group of 11 people two weeks in advance. During those two weeks, I confirmed the reservation multiple times through email and over the phone with several different employees. Despite this, I continued receiving repeated phone calls asking me to confirm the same reservation. It became excessive and frustrating, especially while I was at work.

Originally, I wanted a 5:00 p.m. tour, but I was told the latest available time was 4:30 p.m. Coordinating an earlier arrival for 11 people was difficult, but we adjusted our plans to make it work. After all that effort, we arrived to find that nothing seemed prepared and staff appeared unaware that our group was even coming.

The lack of communication and organization was shocking considering how many times I had confirmed the booking. To make matters worse, while I was actually on the winery tour, I received three more phone calls from the winery. Then, when I went to pay after the tour, I was told they had been trying to reach meβ€”while I was participating in the experience I had already checked in for.

The customer service at the end of the visit was equally disappointing. When I simply asked where I should pay, the staff were dismissive and rude. Instead of helping, they made me feel like I had done something wrong.

Overall, this was one of the most disorganized experiences I have ever had. The constant calls, poor communication between staff, lack of preparation for our reservation, and unfriendly service completely took away from what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration.

Had the pleasure of touring with Harry, visiting the Gift shop and meeting Sharon. Wow what an experience!! Harry is the best tour guide ever!!! Was so much fun!! Sharon helped us and was the sweetest ever!!! Thank you for having such incredible ppl to make such incredible memories!!

Beautiful place to visit. The atmosphere was calm and elegant, and the vineyard setting made the experience feel special. The wine tasting was enjoyable, and the restaurant had a very nice, refined feel. It’s a great spot for a relaxing lunch, photos, or a winery visit in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Chard whisky oak, Caramel salted double oaked whisky As a part of my Sperm Donation World Tour of Canada this was my 5th stop in the area, this place is well known for its Sparkling wine. Was nice to enjoy a flight here.

I am not happy.

I arrived at Trius with a group of people earlier tonight , some of which were from out of town. One of our group is a member.
We arrived 10 minutes before closing.

We were declined wine tasting because it was closing soon. We could have quickly gotten our samples and sat outside on one of the patios.

So disappointed.

Great local winery, we want for lunch on the patio, great service, lots of wine pairing options for the meal to suit all our tastes , and a coupon for the shop when you eat at the restaurant was a nice extra! It it quite popular with tourists for its Instagram worthy picture spots
