Misoya Sushi is a delightful restaurant, known for its fresh sushi. Visitors appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and kind service. The maki, special maki, appetizer and bento portions were quite large, and the presentation showed a high level of care. The menu included Japanese and Korean dishes, and in all cases, the ingredients were fresh and flavourful. A small special request was met with a smile, and no extra charge, and the staff seemed genuinely happy for our patronage. The refresher (half a fresh orange) at the end of the meal was nice. This wasn't a high-end dining experience, nor was it a showy cosmopolitan affair, but the service was genuine, the food was good and exceeded our expectations. The owners are hospitality minded and very attentive. Whether it’s a dine-in or take-out, Misoya is always fresh, always on time, always generous and always happy to see us.
