Swung by yesterday afternoon. Pretty good setup all around. Glad to have this business in the neighbourhood.
I observed the teller handling a very difficult customer. The teller was patient, kind and solution oriented.
I passed on my observation the the owner (CK). He took time to talk with me and wanted to make sure the teller was recognized for the great job she did.
This is the kind of cosumer service I wish I saw more of.
