“Simpl Things is such a neighbourhood gem. A whole vibe! We enjoy coming here for happy hour, drinks, community, and delicious bites—no matter what is on the menu. The whole team is consistently hospitable and attentive, and Joanne was especially incredible: so genuinely friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. Shoutout as well to Nika, their fabulous bar lead. We also love putting this place on the map for our friends.
Perfect for a sunny patio brunch to catch up with friends or a cozy dinner date when you want somewhere that feels a little special and intimate. (For my fellow vegans out there, they will accommodate with advanced notice!)“

“I love trying new places and discovering new dishes. Chloe's Convenience certainly provided some good food on a recent visit. We had their Taiwanese Crepes and Bagged Noodles and they were both very good!
The crepes were a generous portion with a nice contrast of crispy and soft textures. Very flavourful!
The noodles were spicier than expected but very good. I would have this again.
Both dishes were enjoyable enough to warrant a future visit.“

“Love them! Unpretentious spot for delicious wine (by the glass, half or full bottle), cute patio, and delicious empanadas. They import great wines as well - good spot to grab a bottle to go (especially natural wines) that you can’t find at lcbo.“

“Excellent beer selection with plenty of draft options. The food was delicious, and the menu is much more creative than what you'll find at most sports bars. It's refreshing to see unique dishes instead of the usual frozen and reheated food.
The price-to-quality ratio is excellent. You get great food, great beer, and great value for your money. I'll definitely be coming back.“

“I was pleasantly surprised by the value at La Parrilla. The quality of the food is outstanding, especially considering the reasonable prices. The enchiladas were rich and satisfying, and the salsa had just the right kick. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food without breaking the bank!“
