Baretto Caffe

This is my favourite coffee shop. It’s such a hole in the wall spot. My doctor’s office is in the same building which is how I found it. The owner is always there which is how I know the business is good. He listens, he is fast, and the f & b he serves is always good quality and delicious. Thank you!

Barretto Café was a total gem. We tried a variety of items, and each one was outstanding. The blueberry Danish was perfectly flaky with a bright, fresh blueberry flavor. The prosciutto and egg croissant was simply incredible—the prosciutto was tender, the egg was fluffy, and the cheddar cheese added the perfect savory richness. Every ingredient tasted incredibly fresh. We also had a dark chocolate cappuccino that was rich and indulgent, and a regular cappuccino that was smooth and well-balanced. The latte art on the cappuccinos was beautifully done and added that extra touch. Overall, everything was delicious and the quality really stood out!

Authentic Italian Caffe. Place is very clean, food tastes great ( try the Italian Lasagna ) people are very courteous and service is excellent. I would highly recommend this place. Enjoy the experience of Italy 🇮🇹 💙 ❤️ ♥️ 💕

Such a beautiful and lovely cafe! Like a secret little hideout - the food is LOVELY, portions are so amazing for such a fabulous price, and the man who owns the store (I believe he owns it) is so kind and will bring the food to your table. Truly a gem of a place!

This cafe in this medical complex has the best pistachio croissant in Toronto!!
The amazing texture and the deep rich pistachio flavours !! What a hidden gem. Worth your time to pass by to give it a try!

Manuel and his team are absolute gems. We recently had a breakfast meeting catered by Baretto Caffe and we could not be more pleased. The ordering process was easy, and the food was fresh and delicious. We will definitely be catering with Baretto Caffe again.

Went here to visit clinic on weekend, found this great brunch place, the owner even gave a free ice cream to my son. The omelette with ham, chicken panini and cappuccino are fantastic, best Italian brunch place in Toronto.

I had visited this cafe on November 26/25 at 12pm. And I must say, they have the best customer service.

My mother and I decided to drop in to grab two lattes (very delicious). We met the a lovely gentleman that made our experience amazing-friendliness & humour.

We will definitely be coming back as regulars. Exceptional hospitality & delicious food & drinks & the staff are fantastic.
