“We visited this location for lunch today and found it to be fairly quiet and not very busy. We ordered two chicken sandwiches along with a chicken box meal that came with wedges.

The chicken was fresh, juicy, and pleasantly non-greasy, which sets it apart from many other fried chicken places. The sandwiches were good overall, though a bit more seasoning or flavor would have made them even better.

The chicken box included three pieces of chicken and wedges, and both were served fresh and hot. The wedges were especially impressive—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and cooked perfectly.

The service was really fast and friendly. Parking is also free as the plaza has free parking.

Overall, the food was enjoyable, the quality was solid, and everything tasted fresh. While there is some room for improvement in the sandwich flavor, this is a good option for fresh fried chicken and delicious wedges.“

“I recently visited North York and had the chance to stop by this place — and honestly, it was amazing. The service was excellent; both the cashier and the manager were super friendly and welcoming. The place was very clean and well-maintained. On top of that, the food was delicious! I’ve tried Popeyes in many different cities before, but this location really stood out. They had just released some new fried items when I visited, and they were so good. Highly recommend checking this spot out!“

Every meal is made fresh, to order so there is a bit of a wait but I prefer freshly fried chicken anyway. Juicy on the inside, crunchy on the outside.

We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, chicken fries, flaming fries and the fresh cucumber fries. The cucumber fries was interesting but was tastier the more you ate it! Would definetly be back!!

“I’m currently at this Popeyes location and wanted to share both a frustrating experience and a positive one.

I tried to order the online deal (10-piece chicken, 2 sides, and 5 biscuits), but I kept getting an error message asking me to try a different credit card. I attempted the purchase multiple times using two different credit cards, but it still wouldn’t go through. I was told it might be due to network issues, so I even left the mall to get a better connection and tried again—unfortunately, the same issue persisted.

It was quite frustrating, especially since this deal is advertised as an online pickup-only offer.

That said, I want to sincerely thank Prabesh for the excellent customer service. He was kind, understanding, and did his best to help. He even honoured the offer despite mentioning that it was no longer showing as valid in his system and that doing so could potentially get him in trouble. That level of care and willingness to help really stood out.

I hope Popeyes takes a closer look at their app and payment system to prevent situations like this in the future. It takes away from the customer experience when online deals can’t actually be accessed.
