First time trying out Gonoe Sushi. The food was excellent as i had the salmon dinner set and red dragon roll. Called in to reserve a private booth and service was good. Was quite busy at 6:00 for a wednesday dinner. Will certainly come again.

Don Mills location has been our go-to sushi restaurant for a decade (?) or so. Kids were very young and now all adults. Never disappointed. At the risk of making it more popular than comfortable, so that Gonoe continues to be there. Thanks for the great food experiences!

Always very friendly service. I have been to many different sushi places in the GTA and this place is one of the top. Very good quality, always fresh, quick service, and good value. It does get busy at times, so if you are a larger group reservations are a good idea. Overall great place.

Okay so this was my second time here, and honestly the experience was just like the first. Waitress and staff were very friendly and the food was really good. I have a sensitive stomach and usually can't tolerate any added stuff in food but this place made my stomach feel so good after I ate. Food was really fresh and I left feeling really good. Definitely recommend this cute spot for others.

Honestly, this place is very underrated. The food is very good, their salmon in particular is excellent. I recommend going with one of their boat options to get good variety. Everything we had was good, but I thought their sashimi in particular was great. We also tried their spicy karaage and tempura which were both good, but not necessarily must haves. Definitely would return.
Really enjoyed the salmon sashimi from this restaurant. It was buttery and fresh. Ordered a large boat, it was decent, could have been more flavorful. Staff were friendly enough but some of the servers seemed impatient. Will be back!
