“This specific location is one of me and my partner’s go to spots. Not just because the meat is prepared better here, but because of Deborah’s service. She always greets us at the door and remembers every tiny details. Moving the chairs so we can sit same side, provides us extra chili powder (highly recommend to sprinkle this on every piece of meat), “everything the same?” after we place our order and our excitement for the complimentary marshmallows at the end. Deborah goes above and beyond for this location. Shoutout to her for always carrying the whole restaurant on her back.“

“Had to wait awhile for a table. The place is very cosy with limited seating. The server a young man who was very sweet and working alone was well rehearsed with his opening lines. I should’ve visited here sooner, but didn’t have the chance. If you like grilled meat, this place is for you! Grilled lamb, chicken skin, chicken cartilage, mini beef, mini pork neck, mini squid tentacles, king oyster mushrooms, rice cakes, grilled scallops with vermicelli, baked clams and noodles with lamb soup for 2 ppl. Now it isn’t cheap but is quite scrumptious! Things i wouldn’t have got again…mushrooms, rice cakes, squid tentacles, lamb soup, they just didn’t taste amazing. And when you’re watching your wallet these are just fillers. Stick to the tantalizing, mouth watering, melt in your mouth meat and all will be well, sorry and plus certain seafood. Also i had read plenty of reviews to also pay close attention to your bill, since you’re ordering many dishes, sometimes they don’t match up. As it did in our case.. ‘twas no problem they fixed it immediately and got a free dessert of roasted marshmallows, what a great way to end a lovely feast! Thank you to the young man running the floor, you’re amazing at what you do and should be commended! Visit here, maybe make reservations so you don’t wait like i did. Enjoy the experience! “I stopped by the Etobicoke location yesterday August 6th. Had a lovely slice of krompiruša with my husband for a fast lunch. It was delicious. We also purchased a bunch of different varieties of frozen Burek, some Chavapi, and Kajmak to take home to Sarnia We loved all the different European cookies, candies, and treats available for purchase. I want to thank the lovely lady who rang us through. She was so friendly and kind. She sent us home with a complimentary Kremšnita. Thank you for the excellent service. We will be back the next time we are in the GTA.“

“Food is really tasty and decent portions . Freshwest salad was really flavourful and filling. Their service however needs a little improvement. I ordered through ritual, and went to pick up 20 minutes later. When I got in, my order wasnt ready, there was no customers so the place was dead. The guys didn't know what I was talking about . Just need to pay a little more attention to the customers orders .“

The portions are generous, and the BBQ has a very clear charcoal-grilled flavor — definitely not fried skewers.
Prices are reasonable and the service is good.
