Chat Bar 九号小院 offers excellent Chinese BBQ skewers, with flavorful oysters and chicken skin worth trying. The warm-hearted staff, especially Deborah, ensures a pleasant dining experience. Despite minor seating issues, the great food and service make up for it. While a mishap with dropped skewers left greasy stains, the team was responsive in resolving the issue.
