I had the salmon lunch and it was so good, we were pleasantly surprised. Didn't have a plan to come here but it was convenient and the fish was so fresh, the service was fast, and the food was amazing. Definitely would recommend.

Tried their bara don which was decent. Definitely better quality fish than most other spots. Rice was perfectly cooked and the seafood was fresh. Wondering if they might be understaffed as it took a while to flag down a waiter. If I was already in the Fairview Mall area to shop I would come back. However, I wouldn't go out of my way to have my meal here.

Tried Hana Don Japanese Cuisine & Bar today and honestly had a great experience 🍣✨

The gunkan sushi with Tobiko and Ikura was super fresh and generously packed. The Ikura especially was amazing rich, slightly salty, and bursting with flavor in every bite.

The baked scallop with cheese was another standout dish. Served hot with melted cheese on top, the scallops were sweet, soft, and flavorful without feeling too heavy. Really well...
