Ten ren’s menu is insanely huge!! I tried the Tokyo Sakura, which was one of their popular drinks as per their Popular Drinks banner. Tasted very summery and refreshing with the lemon and the yakult mixed together.I went on the later end of the day so no line up. Drinks came out promptly and accurately. Wish I took a photo of the drink because it was very pretty and true to the photo on the banner. Will visit this location again.
Excellent service from the young gentleman who worked Sunday July 2nd at Fairview Mall. He served me even though the mall wasn't exactly opened yet and gave me suggestions on what items were ready. Thanks for a great experience on the long weekend!

Ten Rens has improved since I frequented a few of their shops a few years ago. Hokkaido milk tea, no sugar and with grass jelly was truly divine. They have a huge variety of lactose-free options for my spouse. Their milkless mango slush with no sugar was very good too. I think I've started to prefer grass jelly over boba. Clean store, efficient and polite service.
