I had omakase lunch here for the first time two year ago and it was fantastic! All the fish was very fresh, and the rice was cooked to the perfect texture and temperature. It was definitely great value for money (and the price was very reasonable!). This year, I booked the same omakase lunch. The fish was okay, but the rice wasn't soft and sticky enough; it was dry and hard, and some of the rice wasn't served at the ideal temperature. Chef Andrew put together a really delicious menu of fresh ingredients and created an atmosphere that was super relaxed which made the meal that much more enjoyable
An absolute gem of an omakase experience. For $98, the omakase menu felt like an incredible deal — not only was it affordable compared to many other spots, but it also fed us well without ever skimping on quality.
The bar was small and intimate, with a sleek, simple and fancy design that makes the experience feel personal.
Every dish we tried was fresh, beautifully presented and delicious.
