You can‘t believe there service quality！2 drinks takes me 30 mins waiting. Don’t waste time and money here，go other milktea store.

I will never go back to that store again. Terrible service! I ordered in-store, but they forgot my order and prepared one from a phone call instead . When I questioned them, they didn’t apologize and just kept making excuses, saying they did nothing wrong.

It’s a busy store and the drinks were okay. However, the lid on the hot drink was not properly secured. A staff member noticed the issue, made a quick attempt to adjust it, but took no real action. Just seconds after getting back to my car, the drink spilled as I tried to take it out of the bag. Now I have to send my car for detailing. Very disappointed by the lack of care toward such a basic but important detail.

Haven’t ordered BBT from Kung Fu in a while and tried the Rose Oolong with tapioca pearls today and I liked it.
The pearls had the right chew and softness and the oolong was just had a tint of sweetness.

This kung fu tea is my husband and i's favourite location and are regulars. They have great and consistent quality that we fail to see at other locations near us. Our usual orders are passionfruit slush and the strawberry ice tea - and honestly getting 0 added sugar is ideal for us and it still tastes great without the guilt ☺️ out of all fruit teas we've tried at other brands, Kung fu tea honestly had the best taste that isn't overwhelmingly fake. Perfect for any season. The only thing i would say is i wish they accepted amex because I would be racking up so many points by how much we spend here 😂

Only one person was in the store when I came in today. Waited 10 minutes at the counter for her to take my order and another 10 minutes to get my 2 drinks cuz she got a phone call when making them… The drinks all taste good but can you have more staff in store please?? Please also teach them not to answer calls when making the drinks… forgot to mention one of my drinks wasn’t sealed properly and spilled on my sleeves… :(

We have been customers of this store for a while but the last few times, the pearls are soft and overcooked. I’m disappointed that I spent money on this over and over. Will not be going to this location again.

I like that I can book ahead and just pick up. Helps to avoid the wait.

Very nice tea selection. It's located next to J San sushi and complement the sushi very well ?. Tried the new Coffee-Milk tea combo drink with coffee jelly. Very tasty indeed.

Worst Kung Fu tea ever, I bought 4 different type of milk tea, all had no taste, very pale with additional bad services. Unlike other Kung Fu tea locations, this one really have some problem.
