Of all the filipino restaurant, all I can say that this has the very authentic taste and very good service. I really love the vibe and ambiance here. Lechon belly is a MUST when going here in lechon republik! ?
The pricing is not shown on the display signs inside, there should be communication between the outside and inside kitchen, and the halo halo is expensive. The buko Pandan however, is good.

A serving of sisig, with a heap of rice, is much more than other spots around. Flavour leans toward the salty side but is slightly balanced with the creamy sauce it is topped with. What stands out is the texture. It's crispy sisig: Not your Cebu-style roast pig, and not your traditional Kapampangan fare. Dining area could get busy as they cater to parties.
