“Their food is really good! Woul totally recommend“

“Pro: Delicious food. Server is very nice and responsive. Very nice setting.
Cons: 1) There are only 3 teas to choose from, which is super lacking and not competitive with other high tea places. When picking the teas, the server showed a picture of how the tea looks like. The tea looked like they are not stored properly and just jammed in a closet. The herbal tea box looked unpleasant, so choice went from 3 tea choices to 2 teas. 2) washroom was not maintain and yellow everywhere. Server cleaned it after complain. Still very unacceptable as its a food place 3) Server is too new and need training. Don't get me wrong, she is trying her best and responsive, but she should not be left by herself while being new. She had to serve, greet and clean washroom.“

“I preordered a mocha cake for an upcoming event and had to change the pickup time due to 3 separate events and the staff were very accommodating! I usually order the fresh mango cake but due to it being out of season I tried the Mocha cake and it did not disappoint. It was very moist and on the less sweet side which was perfect in my eyes.“

“Had a variety of their single size cakes which was ordered via Uber Eats, physical location on Spadina. And wow the decor and meticulous detail is crazy, I almost didn’t want to eat it because of how aesthetically pleasing they were. I tried the bubble tea, runny egg, pistachio and ramen cake and my favourite one was the runny egg. I thoroughly enjoyed the contrast of the rich chocolate and the light and tart passionfruit. It was very unique and so tasty. I found the bubble tea and ramen cake flavours to be good but didn’t like all the other components in terms of texture like the mochi balls and pudding. The last on my list was the pistachio which was to my surprise as I love anything pistachio flavoured but I found the cake to be dense and dry while the lemon was too overpowering. I would like to try more of their cakes and definitely think the visual appeal of it beats no other!“

“The best spot for macarons and ice cream sandwiches! What more can you ask for with a giant macaron ice cream sandwich.
Their flavours are all very Asian-inspired, such as HK milk tea, Jasmine tea, Dalgona, etc. but also have a variety of classics like vanilla, chocolate, pistachio. The macarons come in a wider variety of flavours than the macaron ice cream sandwiches.
The ice cream is so good and the sandwich is massive—definitely can share with 2 people!“

“Placing my order for a cake through the website was easy. After placing my order, I needed to change my pick up date one day earlier, which they easily accommodated through email.

Mont blanc had lots of hazelnut flavour. Very delicious. Not too sweet, lots of cream. 好味過香港美心餅舖栗子蛋糕.“

“All the cakes looked astonishing and attempting. While I was purchasing, the service was super. They were patiently waiting for me to order and nicely providing me with suggestions and services. The taste of the cake was also amazing. Trying Fraisier and La Paix while I’m writing this review, Fraisier (the fruit one) has a strong taste and the fruits are fresh and juicy, La Paix (the lemon one) has multiple layers of texture and the lemon pieces on the top tastes spiral and I loved it.“

“Absolutely beautiful and delicious pastries! The staff were so kind and helpful, especially when deciding what to get. We got the almond croissant, the raspberry pistachio pastry, and the ham & brie croissant sandwich. All were absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area or visiting Toronto. Not the cheapest but for a special treat, definitely worth it!“

“I find it a nice cozy place to enjoy some next level desserts. There are vegan options. I did enjoy the variety we had but I have to tip my hat the staff as they are very friendly and ready to serve.

“I had a very specific vision for my son's cake for his first birthday party and Rosalind really brought that vision to life. The amount of detailing that went into the cake she made for us was truly amazing and we received endless compliments on both the cake and matching cupcakes. Not only was the cake stunning visually, but the cake and cupcakes were absolutely delicious. This is the third time we've ordered from Sugartiers and we are never disappointed. Looking forward to working with Rosalind on our next event!“

“One of the best Patisserie in Toronto. Absolutely love the, Pan Au Chocolate, Almond Croissant, chocolate and hazelnut cookies. My kid absolutely love their macarons and chocolate cookies .

Shout out to Diana for her exceptionally wonderful service . She is very sweet and my kid loves to talk to her and despite being busy, she makes sure to greet him :) She is absolute gem of a person.“
