I moved into this neighbourhood around October 2020 and had to figure out all the good places to eat around here. I stumbled upon Taste and See on Ubereats and decided to give the egusi with pounded yam a try. It was my first time trying egusi, and wow the flavours are just out of this world. It's spicy, with a little bit of nuttiness from the grounded up melon seeds, and the meat and spices all marry eachother. Don't forget to scoop up the stew with pounded yam! It wasn't a great experience but it can be better.Okro with fried meat - The fried beef my cousin got was very old and dry like the insides were mostly black and I don't want to think of how much frying it had gone through or how long it had been.Oha soup - It wasn’t fresh (it got pulled out of the freezer and I don't know how long it might have been sitting there) and the Oha leaf was dead/ just black.
