Tapioca pearls were undercooked and hard on the inside, and the pearls were extremely small like they broke apart. Don't know if different management, but quality has gone down.

Their drinks taste good, but I wish they'd hire better staff. The staff is rude, bad attitude and they don't answer questions about the drinks properly. They looked at me as if the names should have made it obvious. They're not!!

I was obsessed with this one drink (orange juice flavour?) but they don’t have it anymore which is why I don’t go there.

Decent bubble tea but not fresh pearls :(

Each pearl is raw, hard and unripe inside. The clerk refused to apologize and insisted that all their pearls were cooked. Bad review! !

This was one of the best milk tea places I've ever been too.

Never go wrong with Black Sugar Cream Mouse at Tiger Sugar, one of my favourite places to grab a Brown Sugar drink - creamy and chewy

Went here today, the staff is wearing slippers and without any hair tie or hair net. She's even scratching her head while doing the drinks. Took her 20 minutes to do our order and there's even no other order than us.

Just wanted to say that this was the best experience at a bubble that I’ve ever had. Outstanding customer service by Jennifer and Anh. I absolutely love this place now and me and my girlfriend will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the amazing girls, very kind and helpful, and Tiger Sugar, keep standing out!!!

Tiger sugar is my favourite bubble tea franchise. I’ve never been disappointed at any location. Their classic brown sugar milk tea with boba is everything?

It's a tiger Sugar! It's my favorite bbt and this place has always been consistent! I've never had a bad drink from any of the stores and will always be coming back for more!
