Bought two 20l boxes of wine, in one of the boxes the wine started fermenting and the plastic bag containing the wine inflated and almost blew up. The wine was very sour when I tasted it. Anyway I went to them to request a replacement and they refused to do it and threw me out of the store. We were their customers for 6 years.
The picture is after I have deflated the bag.
Very Friendly and knowledgable staff, gave us a tour of the facilities I was very impressed.
I have tasted the wine that a friend made here and it was fantastic! Cant wait to try ours!
All the staff always provide great service to us, especially Harry and Guido! There's a great selection of wine, we definitely recommend them!
