I love the variety and taste of gelato here and I’ve had tried their affogato before, but this time, I wanted to try something new. So, we ordered “Tiramisu” and “Hazelnut Chocolate” mini desserts and Americano. The desserts were rich and delicious. I recommend them from the fridge and not the freezer.

They have a couple of tables available inside that has created a warm and cozy atmosphere to enjoy your dessert indoors.

Gelato, what more can anyone ask for, especially after BBQ ;)

This place is a really nice cafe, and quite the hangout spot. We went for the gelatto.

Pictured here are the Tiramisu (yellowish) and Peanut (whitish) gelatos. (Medium cup - two flavors)

Both were excellant in taste and flavor. The tiramisu had a distinct flavour and was mixed with mascarpone, so it had a really nice texture and flavor. This one also had a strong coffee flavor, which is enjoyable.

The peanut was good, but tiramisu was the star of the show.

They did have two other flavours with mascarpone. When we revisit, I'll be looking to have one of these other flavors.

One critique of this place. Is they do not allow you to sample. The server did show us the gelatos, which is how I had to decide what flavor to select, which is a workaround.

However, samples would have been even better.

Most gelato and ice cream places do allow samples.

Perhaps management can consider this and maybe limit to 3 samples.

I had the pistachio gelato at Gelato di Carlotta, and it was fairly good!
The texture was smooth, and the flavor was rich and authentic. The staff was friendly, and the ambiance was welcoming, making it a nice spot to enjoy a treat. However, the downside was that they didn’t offer any samples, which made it harder to choose a flavor. I might try something new in Oakville next time, but I’ll be back to try more flavors here as well!

I hope you don’t mind me asking, but I noticed that my medium cup of gelato wasn’t filled all the way. After it melted a bit, it ended up looking like half a cup. I always appreciate your service and tip well, so I’m curious why the full price was charged on a half cup gelato?

Got a large strawberry cone and small chocolate cup with sprinkles. Both gelatos taste good but surprised at how expensive there were. Guess I haven’t been out in awhile lol can get very busy on a hot day.

The girl that served us , Kim was sooo nice , she’s gorgeous , she’s so kind and sweet omg , the ice cream was delicious, thank you Kim!!??

Hubby and I were hungry and decided to pop in here to grab a panini. They sounded good. Sadly they weren’t. We ordered a prosciutto panini and turkey and mozzarella. I have no idea what the spread was in either of them but it was not good. They were both heated in a panini press. We had no idea. A warm prosciutto sandwich is a sin. lol
I’ll stick with the gelato next time. Please, if you keep the sandwiches, improve the quality !!
