I stumbled upon Marylbone Cafe and Creamery on one of my walks down Oakpark on a hot day. So I knew I had to pay them a visit and try their stuff. Unknown to me at the time, but it was going to be the best decision of my #2021SummerTime! Once you walk in, you know it’s covid time, so I appreciated knowing what their rules were with the signs they had up, it’s all clear and in front of you. The staff working there are always nice and accommodating, and although I can’t see it, I know they are smiling behind those masks. Super friendly people who are efficient at what they do and always think of me/their customer. I brought my dad in with me one time and they even helped him pick out one of their popular items, Mango Glee Mini Freakshake. Spoiler alert, it’s now his favourite thing in the world thanks to them! I’ve never had a Crocream (Croissant and ice cream) before so I decided to have the Chocolate & Dreams one aside from a regular cone. Oh was that a delight to have and has been a signature dessert during this summer heatwave. It’s delicious and well made, just hits all the great feelings inside me when the sun is beaming down. Overall, this place is incredible from the time I walk in to the last wipe of the ice cream off my face! I can’t wait to spend many more summers with them for years to come!
