“The Cherry House never disappoints. Michael and his team deliver impeccable service in an elegant yet comfortable setting—fine dining without the pretense. We started with a crisp Caesar salad (the only one I've ever had that I can say compete with my father's - even Dad agreed) and a beautifully balanced Caprese salad with the freshest basil, both savoury and well-executed. Even the bread and butter were exceptionally phenomenal—a simple yet telling detail of the kitchen’s commitment to quality. For mains, the halibut was perfectly tender, the rack of lamb with scallops rich and flavourful, and the filet mignon flawlessly cooked with a peppercorn sauce that was absolute perfection. Each dish showcased precision and top-quality ingredients, all complemented by a bold, complex 2013 Brunello Monticiano. A silky crème brûlée and expertly crafted Spanish coffees was the ultimate indulgence to finish this exceptional meal. “We had one of the best dinners we’ve ever eaten at this restaurant, and we are foodies so that is saying something. The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere and ambiance was intimate and classy. But let’s talk about the FOOD! Ugh! I splurged and tried the certified A5 Kobe, and it did not disappoint! It was incredibly buttery, tender, and perfectly cooked to temp, I couldn’t get enough. We’ve been to Japan and had A5 Kobe and Wagyu, and this was right up top with the cuts we had there. The sides were nothing short of phenomenal! We also had the sushi assortment with maki, nigiri and sashimi and it was mouth watering. I wish we lived right next door to this place, but I guess it’s better for my wallet that we don’t. If you’re considering eating here, DO IT!“

“My family and I truly enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere tonight. I am 76 years old and I have to say that Dieter is the best and most caring waiter that I have ever had serve me in any restaurant that I have been at. Dieter told us that his mission is to serve us as he would like to be served and to have us say at the end of the experience that his service made the visit well worth it. I confirmed that his service did make the experience well worth it. We also noticed that other members of the team were well trained and sensitive to the needs of their clients.“

“I was there yesterday to celebrate my 10 year anniversary, and also to propose to my long time girlfriend! Big thanks to the server, I’m sorry I forgot the girls name, I caught her by surprise to present my ring, and she did a good job with the presentation! It’s my third time in this restaurant and the food is always great! My favorite dishes so far are Prime Rib of Beef (even the regular cut is big I’m not even talking about the special Aristotle's Cut which is gigantic) and Rack of Lamb! It’s a great place for special dinners and special occasions!“
