Today, I experienced victimization by the manager/possibly owner (thin, small built, older man) of your Upper Middle Rd branch in Oakville. I have sent an email with full details, as well as photos. It was more than bad service, it was discriminatory and not something to be treated lightly. This man is a poor example of a leader in a client facing industry!
