I had a barista named Sophia make my drink and it was wonderful! She was so kind and the place was so clean.
Super nice staff, I was new to Starbucks and this super nice employee Aysia walked me through everything and explained everything to me patiently, we ended up ordering the chai latte and she made it very quick but also delicious, if you go to Starbucks look for Aysia great service and great overall team

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has super nice staff who are kind, helpful, and welcoming. A specific employee named Aysia walked a new customer through everything patiently, and another employee named Sophia was very kind and helpful with the menu. The chai latte and the toasted coconut cold brew are both delicious. The location is a great place to read a book, enjoy a coffee, or do some homework. It is always clean, well-lit, and has a great atmosphere. However, the washrooms have a rotten egg smell from the sewers and the doors need to be oiled due to squeaking noise. On one visit, a teenage boy who had been pepper sprayed was escorted to the counter, and the staff called 911, offered him water and milk, and were very friendly and apologetic. The restaurant is a great little spot but easy to miss, set back from the road with a large Tim's sign. The staff are pleasant and polite with no language barrier.
