I'm new to Ottawa and my shawarma standards are high because my hometown has amazing shawarma that no other spots have come close to and I've tried many places already in Ottawa. “We ordered the family platter for 4. Halal bbq beef ribs and pulled beef were great. It is a largely self service place with disposable dishes and plates but glad the utensils were of steel. Also liked the corn bread.“

“First time trying out Amaya, and I was not disappointed. Great staff friendly and helpful in choosing what to eat today. I would have come by to say how it was but had to get back on the road. It was very delicious and flavorful. I will be back to try something new soon.
