The restaurant is always clean and well maintained.Some of the negative comments on here are clearly false. From poor judgements on the food, customer service and atmosphere. Also, they pack the platter veggies separately, which makes for optimal reheating capabilities because you will have leftovers! “I highly recommend this Shawarma restaurant. I ran in late last night just before closing and the owner still gave me top notch service as well as one of the best shawarma sandwiches I’ve had to date. Took me back overseas. By far the best in Ottawa and again, highly recommended for any and every shawarma lover.“

“The shop has a lot of 90s charm with lots of parking and inside seating. We ordered two chicken shawarmas and a beef donair shawarma.

Reading the reviews after the fact, I'm unsure what to think...my meat was heated up in a pan on the stove and not the microwave. The gentleman behind the counter used gloves to touch the veggies. We didn't get sick and it was all very tasty! The location was a bonus as it was close to the Ingenium.
