“Balbakis my favorite shisha place in ottawa .i like the place and the owner (ahmed) especially. He is very kind and take pride in his business. Professional service and an amazing atmosphere. “Friday I went with my friends to eat some shawarma, and while I was ordering I saw that they have some falafel. I decided to order a falafel sandwich and it was the best decision I made. It reminded me of falafel from my home town in Lebanon, truly a remarkable taste. These were the freshest and tastiest pieces of falafel I have had in all of my stay in Ottawa. “Been coming here for years. Started off in 2017 when I worked at Mr lube. The staff has always been friendly, the food is good and the portions are great. The restaurant is always clean and well maintained.Some of the negative comments on here are clearly false. From poor judgements on the food, customer service and atmosphere. Mostly people complaining because they didn't get their way like a bunch of babies.“

“My first time tries this shawarma place. The food is good. The place is clean and big for a big group or families. I ordered mix shawarma plate on weekend deal and it was $19.99 with drink as well (plus $1 if you order mix). Maybe just my preference, I found the beef texture was abit “weird” (like abit softer to compare with other places) but overall, I love everything else. I will come back for sure. I forgot to take pic of my food. The large place is good for 2 people eating and being full. My husband and I ate them all so quick.“

“Just discovered this fantastic little gem in Findlay Creek! We each ordered a donair, and it was the best I've ever tasted. The portions were incredibly generous. They offer a great selection of desserts.
