Montreal-style bagels in Ottawa? Well, not exactly, but this is as close as you'll likely get! The bagels here are chewy and slightly sweet. They are denser. And if they aren't straight out of the oven, you need to put them in the toaster oven to warm them up, otherwise they are rock hard and you might break your teeth, lol. I ordered the everything bagel with the garlic&herb cream cheese, and the poppy bagel with smoked salmon, they were both amazing I would definitely redo! 100% recommend! It’s delicious and client experience was excellent!

The bagels are amazing but this review is specifically about the customer service. I went in first thing in the morning on a Sunday and the staff was very pleasant, all smiling and most importantly, accommodating. I had failed to mention an allergy and only noticed during the preparation that it was added to my breakfast sandwich. They did not hesitate to make me a new one and even gave me the other sandwich, which I gave to my partner. I definitely will return for the great food,...read full review
