On top of their delicious desserts, their customer service is the best! Natasha and Denis have been so amazing to communicate with to make a cake and cookies for my engagement party. They were so kind to my fiancé and I, paid attention to detail, and made a beautiful cake and cookies for the party! Everyone loved them! “This place has great beef shawarma, it is clear they work really hard. The online orders are a killer to guests walking in as you are next in line but 10 sandwiches get done ahead. It's the new reality, check these guys out, easier when expectations are tempered when you know it may take a bit of time. A 2nd serving station may be beneficial during peak hours but again, they are magicians at pumping out good tasting food.“
“The bagels are amazing but this review is specifically about the customer service. I went in first thing in the morning on a Sunday and the staff was very pleasant, all smiling and most importantly, accommodating. I had failed to mention an allergy and only noticed during the preparation that it was added to my breakfast sandwich. They did not hesitate to make me a new one and even gave me the other sandwich, which I gave to my partner. I definitely will return for the great food, service and awesome staff. Cheers!“
