Located in a plaza where parking should be available but with the other businesses, it gets tight.

Staff is very friendly and will have recommendations if you are not sure. We were showing family from Vancouver what the bakeries are like here in Ottawa.

Plenty of seating if you need it but they serve to-go as well.

Food itself is good. Not too oily and they give more meat compared to other bakeries in town.

I will keep coming back and will recommend this location to friends and family.

“Wait did someone say Gluten free?!? Oh My God This place is amazing. Yes they do serve Gluten Free pies.
Amazing quality and service. You have to try their Eggs and cheese pie!!! Wow just wow. The ratio of the eggs and cheese blended in with the perfect thin dough (not crispy thin) is spot on! Their meat pies are to die for as well; perfect texture of dough and the meat is fresh and not too much salt or spices. The gentlemen here are very welcoming and polite and attentive to detail. Most importantly the place and the gentlemen here are very clean.

“This place has great beef shawarma, it is clear they work really hard. The online orders are a killer to guests walking in as you are next in line but 10 sandwiches get done ahead. It's the new reality, check these guys out, easier when expectations are tempered when you know it may take a bit of time. A 2nd serving station may be beneficial during peak hours but again, they are magicians at pumping out good tasting food.“

“Great place. It's Tim Hortons! What else could a Canadian possibly say? Everything is great except sometimes we see employees doing unclean things. One time we say a lady wipe the counters with a clothe and gloves, then she prepared out food with the same gloves on?! Otherwise everything is as great as it can be.
