“We were driving from Toronto to Montreal and decided to stop for breakfast in Oshawa after reading the reviews. The place looked inviting, so we gave it a try.
I wasn’t in the mood for eggs that morning, so I ordered the homemade beef soup and a small Greek salad, both fresh, flavorful, and comforting, like something made at home.
And I just can’t skip mentioning the bathrooms....the sighn on the wall just reminded me how gorgeous i am 😁😁😁....Spotless, warm, and surprisingly charming.… and of course, I couldn’t resist commenting)))

A few hours later, already near Quebec, we suddenly realized we’d left our laptop behind. When we called Brigitte, the lovely owner answered right away even though the restaurant was closed. She was calm, kind, and reassuring, promising our laptop was safe and sound))))
We had to drive back, but honestly, her warmth and care made it feel less like a hassle and more like part of the adventure. Thank you, Brigitte, for the great food, kindness, and the kind of hospitality you rarely find these days.“

“Teddy's is a great place for some homestyle food. I ordered a BLT and they did not skimp on the bacon, which was cooked perfectly. The service was fantastic, with the servers being attentive and friendly; I almost felt like a regular, even though it was my first time there. The overall atmosphere is like a classic diner. Definitely adding this to my list of spots to eat at in Oshawa!“

“As usual the food is always fantastic! The only negatives were booking online, which really didn't do anything for wait times. It was pretty much whoever showed up first was helped first. Online booking didn't do anything. Also they seemed short staffed. Looking around there were plenty of open tables, some which needed to be cleaned and stayed that way for quite a while. Some of the waiting customers lost their patience and left. Another good thing was that the kids got free meals with our entree orders.“

“Went to Quick Flame for a late lunch, absolutely enjoyed it. Jody our server was awesome, very friendly and attentive. I have been craving a club sandwich and ordered the Classic Club, it didn't disappoint, was truly delicious and my sweet potato fries were excellent. My husband had trouble deciding as there are so many good things on the menu, but he chose the French Dip and loved it, had a side of the homestyle gravy to go with his fries and he was happy. Next I want to try the Cobb Salad or the Philly Melt.....the list goes on. We have been searching for a place to call ours as our old place had to close down and we have found it. Love the bar area and big TVs, wish they were open longer as we would love to come for pay for view sports like MMA fights, would be perfect, but the atmosphere is so nice there and your serving staff are a class above. “I had dinner at Red Lobster 🦞 Oshawa location and it was absolutely delicious, great service and price was very reasonable with great portions. It was so nice to have dinner and not be disappointed w the food, price and service. Fish and chips haddock Wednesdays for $17.“

“Harvey’s is the same. Not the best burger in town but better than Macdonald’s or Burger King. Good selection. And the staff are reasonably trained to understand English just speak slowly and let them repeat your order two or three times.
All in all not a bad place just a normal fast food burger place with a novelty menu.

“Harvey's Charbroiled burgers are among my all-time favourites..
I really like the idea of adding one's own preferred toppings rather than some other's Restaraunt's that make them in a predetermined fashion.
It's great to have a choice..

Harvey's is alway's fresh and always delicious...
Personally, I do recommend Harvey's because of that smokey, backyard Bar-B-Que , Charbroiled flavour of their burger's..
When you don't have a Bar-B-Que, or, a backyard to have one in,
Harvey's remain's the best and, perhap's, the only alternative remedy to that..

As well as the great food, the Dining area is alway's clean with ample, window-view seating..

“After 4 years living near this place, I decide to buy a take out on the drive trugh and bring to my kids.
Food is ok, don’t get me wrong, it is a chain…
But taking 18 min to get my stuff to my car was off. That’s normal restaurant time.
Just don’t go expecting it is a fast food, because despite the quality being fast food, it isn’t fast“

“We recently went for a family night out and had dinner here. Linda was our sever and was fantastic. Not only did she entertain my terrible “listen Linda” jokes, but she had some funny jokes of her own. Dinner was delicious and Linda checked in on us frequently. We will definitely come back.“

“I have a permanent disability, and I came to this restaurant to celebrate my grandma’s 80th birthday. Our waitress was named Sarah and she provided our table with excellent service. She took all our orders properly, and had the food served so quick, considering we were a larger group. My 3 children were quite loud, and yet our server was extremely patient and tolerant of my noisy kids. Most waitresses would never be so tolerant. Dessert was very good also. We had a very good time and a delicious meal. We will return next year.“
