Very Good Customer service. The Gentelman on Cash Counter helped us a lot as i ordered Hot Chocolate for my son he made sure that its not too hot for a kid. Experienced this kind of service never before on Tim Hortons in Canada .
I frequent this Timmy’s more than any other- food quality is never an issue but speed is typically an issue with almost every visit- I try and avoid certain times in the am and many students frequent this location between 11am and 1pm- glad there is no drive thru as it would ruin the neighborhood this plaza is adjoining

My family and I really enjoyed of this Tim Horton today, clean place , good vibe and a big area with lots of nice people there. Customer service was fast,We were sitting front of fireplace , we had such a great time together to drink our coffees and breakfast and talking. It’s far from my home , but I will be back.?
