What an amazing place! The food, the drinks, the atmosphere, the music, and above all, the service, was amazing! I usually have to drag my Husband out to try a new spot but he (and I) enjoyed it so much we are going back again this week!
Had our 31st anniversary lunch here today… ceviche… super good … and fries and champagne… also excellent. Great service and location. Learned about their plans coming up… we’re excited to how Vineyards will live on😉
Came for a date night last night. Made a reservation beforehand and was seated immediately. The atmosphere is superb. The lighting is moody, and the exposed stone and brick are the kind of thing other basement bars only wish they had. The plants and low walls dividing the sections also helped make our space feel more intimate, we never felt crowded even though it was a busy Saturday night. Apothecary Lounge offers great vibes and exceptional service, with a fresh, modern touch that keeps its original charm. The poached salmon is a must-try, and the "dealer's choice" cocktails are perfectly customized—some of the best in Ottawa. The baked rigatoni is absolutely delicious, and the staff is wonderful, especially Robynne and Tyler, who are friendly and attentive. With top-tier food, exceptional drinks, and lovely jazz piano on Thursdays, this lounge is a must-visit. The beautiful bar and great music make it a perfect monthly date spot.
