Situation 1987
Have been a customer twice in past one week.
1 Week Ago- Order a Regular Smoothie and Sandwich and they charge me individually priced instead of the combo which is listed on their billboard. They blamed the system and then eventually claim my sandwich is not eligible for the combo.
Today - Go to get a regular smoothie and have a Super Booster offer on the app. I clicked Redeem while in the store and give them the barcode to scan. They scan it over 4 times and claim it doesn’t work even though it’s counting down on the app before it expires. They claim it’s a system issue but it’s more like they either don’t want to honour it or have untrained staff.
