Food seemed overpriced but the staff is really sweet and the location (downtown Ottawa) is great. Inside gives off a nice cozy cafe vibe. Perfect for when you want to walk down the fall streets of Ottawa with your partner and need a warm tea to warm up.
Although I am not a regular at this Bridgehead location, I have gone several times in the past few years and have always had a good experience. During my latest visit I had a chai latte that was very good, while the staff person who served me was friendly. Me and my husband enjoy our coffee/tea here about twice a week. We like that the menu is not too overwhelming and coffee/tea are always good.
