We ordered the Pollo pizza and magic box#1 we live very close by and our order took over an hour to arrive. Pizza was cold and soggy and the magic box was absolutely disgusting. Zucchini sticks were slime, potato "skins" we're basically half of a mealy potato with a bit of cheese. Onion rings were ok..Called to complain and the man said It's cold out what do you want me to do? He said he'd try harder next time but never offered any customer service. Will NEVER order from there again. Disgusting attitude and lack of pride in the product. Gross Update.. They remade our order which was still just ok, he asked for the food to be returned, during a pandemic I might add, and actually called us back to complain to us asking why there was a piece missing.. Umm.. probably because we both tried a bit and spit it out. Should have returned the spit out slice. Unbelievably terrible place...
