We ordered the Pollo pizza and magic box#1 we live very close by and our order took over an hour to arrive. Pizza was cold and soggy and the magic box was absolutely disgusting. Zucchini sticks were slime, potato "skins" we're basically half of a mealy potato with a bit of cheese. Onion rings were ok..Called to complain and the man said It's cold out what do you want me to do? He said he'd try harder next time but never offered any customer service. Great food. I have enjoyed their pizzas in the past and have recommended it to friends. The prices are mostly fair as well, though sometimes food has been late but they have easily remedied the situation.
However, they recently started using Ai images on their website in place of real photos of their food so that lowers my score for them. Hopefully they fix this in the future by using actual photos of their food.

Pizza was pretty good, but slightly pricey. The toppings were under the cheese and made the whole pizza feel drier than it was. Not sure how else to explain it.
