The coffee is tasty and reasonably priced. The space is comfortable and quiet enough to actually focus. Staff are friendly and fast. They know exactly what they're doing.
First visit to a Van Houtte cafe. The server was friendly and efficient but the coffee was terrible. My husband and I ordered Americano’s, usually our favourite as it’s stronger than regular coffee. Not this time. I don’t know if this is typical or we just were unlucky. Very disappointing to pay so much only to tip most of it out.

The café is part of the Tanger Outlet. Parking is in abundance, but because it’s in the outlet mall, it can be hard to find spots. Many regulars enjoy the refreshments, food, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are always patient, friendly, and attend to customers with a positive attitude. Staff like Fabiana and Rebecca are great assets, handling situations professionally.
Customers praise the incredible service, with one mentioning the perfect iced matcha latte and the barista's expertise. The espresso is actually pretty good, nice and strong.
