Great experience, rain did come down pretty hard and did need to move inside. Staff scrambled to get everyone and things inside. Shrimp tostadas should be 4 pieces it's quite awkward when sharing with another person. Music was really loud. Had a great experience for Canada.
Small menus and some items were not available. Watermelon and feta was the best thing we had. Mixed nuts were very disappointing no seasoning at all. Flatbread was soggy like it was cooked in a microwave. Would only return for the view and drinks
Beautiful spot with great selection of strong drinks and amazing view. Service could use a lot of improving in terms of efficiency, but they were all nice with smiles just simply inexperienced/ forgetful.
The food is meh and for a cocktail bar so were the drinks. Definitely didn't taste like craft cocktails. The view is great and the patio has a wonderful vibe. I would recommend to everyone to go to see the view, stop by and have a couple beers and some nuts, then head somewhere else in market for a better quality meal
Despite booking a reservation in advance they were not able to accommodate on a patio which was a big disappointment.
First time going, food and service were great! Two must try drinks are Banana #5 and Crushin it, both delicious!
Atmosphere is very comfy and the low lighting and seating arrangements promote getting close to your date and/or partner
Rooftop patio was closed due to air quality(understandable because of the world being on fire right now) but will definitely go back once it's open. Overall great experience, a must see/do if you're in the area!
I just went to copper for the first time yesterday and had the chance to have Sasha as my server. The service was excellent, there simply isn't any another way to put it.
Now about the food, while the menu is limited due to kitchen size the food remains excellent and my respect goes to the chef.
Of course it should also go without saying that the views are unmatched and incredibly beautiful.
Overall amazing place to go with friends, maybe for a date or even as a guest of the Andaz.
I'll be going more often for sure.
Oh and the prices are pretty competitive.
No a big deal honestly
The extire experience was under whelming. The charcuterie wasn't very fresh wilted fruit and served with strawberry (breakfast) jam We dinned inside. The patio looked like a nice place for a drink. The inside tired and unkept
Went for a date night and while the view was breathtaking, the best part of the experience was our server, Mustafa. He was incredibly kind, accommodating, and ensured we had a wonderful night out. We would go back and request him without a doubt.

Lovely ambiance, very chill and good vibe. The charcuterie was excellent. Grilled cheese very rich. Not a lot of menu options but definitely worth the view and the service was great!
Was kicked up with a time limit after asking for a second round of drink. We couldn't even finish the second round.
We had a great experience! We celebrated my wife's birthday and our server Mufasa was absolutely wonderful! Great wine knowledge and very attentive. The evening was perfect! Thanks again Mufasa!
Great spot. Beautiful scenery and ambiance. However for a high-end cocktail lounge with $20+ drinks, they allow young families with kids and everyone is dressed like they're on the couch at home. I understand it's a hotel, but it really ruined the vibe when our party was in suits and dresses trying to enjoy drinks and the tables next to us had iPads on the tables to entertain their children. I think this place needs to choose what they want to be and impose an age limit or dress code if they want to be a top cocktail lounge in Ottawa. Drinks were great. Staff were great.
Overall the service was great, though it sometimes took a while to get drinks and water. I think putting a bottle of water on the table would be a good idea so you don't have to wait for refills as the water cups are small.
