had a great time at Warehouse!! the atmosphere was awesome and the food hit the spot. huge shoutout to our server Sabrina, who was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. will definitely be back with my friends soon!!

We were denied entry with a kid but we could see that they were some kids already sitting. Very unprofessional!

Had an awesome time at El Furniture Warehouse! Our server/bartender Sab was amazing—fun, attentive, and kept the vibe going while staying professional. She gave us great food recommendations and even suggested things to do around Ottawa. Made the night 10/10!

Just left this this establishment. Service was awful. Then to be role they only take credit. Had to walk a couple blocks to get cash and then the server was extremely rude that we didn't bring a credit card. I have loved this place before will never return based on the service and rudeness

We were not told that they do not accept debit cards. Only cash or credit. And the debit machine in the bar didn’t work. We had to go next door to take cash out to pay the bill. Not impressed.

I wasn’t too impressed with this bar. The staff didn’t seem very friendly or welcoming, which made the experience less enjoyable. The music was uncomfortably loud, making it hard to have a proper conversation. The drinks and food were okay—fair quality but definitely not the best I’ve had. Overall, not a place I’d rush back to

I’m at a friend here for lunch today. I follow a carnivore diet with a little bit of Keto and the double burger patties with cheese and bacon a little bit of lettuce, mayo, and a piece of tomato inside was perfect for lunch!!

I wish there was an option for zero stars for service. It seemed like the server did not wanted us to be there and behaved in a rude way at the time of payment. She kept staring at the debit machine to check if I was tipping her or not. I have been to a lot of restaurants before and never experienced such behaviour anywhere.

ordered the calamari here and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The calamari tasted off, had an unpleasant smell, and the texture was rubbery. Within a short time after eating, I felt nauseous and unwell for the rest of the day.

Food safety should always be a priority, and I’m very disappointed that this dish was served in that condition. I will not be returning and hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously to avoid this happening to others.

the worse service i ever had, the manager act like an owner that don’t even know how to control a restaurant.

OMG. This has to be the worst place to eat I have ever been to. I had the Texas burger 🍔. It was plain and tasted like paper. But we did witness a fight with the bouncer... That was good.
