WTF! Is this racism? Or this person was just having a bad day and we were just in the wrong place, at the wrong time. Qe were visiting Ottawa from Toronto, we needed a place to finish up some work before hitting the road. FIGARIO Cafe was recommened by a friend. For the most part the staff seem OK, nothing special.
