This coffee is made up of 4 different types of single origin beans stemming across Brazil, Central America and Indonesia. With a velvety crema and a mild sweetness, this coffee has low acidity and full body while giving a honey, and almond aroma.
Costa Rica Tarrazu
The tarrazu region produces some of the best costa Rican coffee on a consistent basis. This medium dark roast coffee has intense, fragrant, brown sugar aroma, and a citrusy tropical fruit, and apricot flavor.

Tanzania Aa
This coffee comes from Shiviwaka coop in Tanzania which is one of the finest African coffees. The nose is sweet vanilla and coconut with a hint of honeydew melon. The sweetness continues the palate when the vanilla aroma is joined by the flavor notes of rich chocolate and melted butter. The body is delicate and silky, while the acidity is crisp, and citrus driven.
Sumatra
This coffee is from the Island of sumatra in Southeast Asia that seems to be ideally suited for growing arabica coffee. The unique processing method (wet hulling) tends to give sumatra coffee distinct characteristics. Besides the earthy tones, sumatra is a full body, and low acidity coffee.
Guatemala Antigua
A "strictly hard bean" (shb) coffee been grown in altitudes of 4,500 ft or higher resulting in better consistency and a more desirable coffee. This yields a rich cup that has a distinct smoky flavor. The finest guatemalan coffees are medium to full in body and rich in flavor with a hint of spice. Although this coffee is acidic, the spiciness and smokiness put a nice twist on these acidic tones.

I don’t usually leave reviews on cafes or restaurants. But for this one I had to, the quality of the coffee is second to none and the setting is amazing to study in too. On top of that the service was excellent, especially hamouda. He’s my go to barista!

One of the best coffee houses in downtown Ottawa! It’s one of my favorite spots to study and grab a coffee. I’ve tried the mocha, cold brews, and croissants, all excellent! I’ll definitely keep coming back as a regular.

The owner, Housni, went above and beyond to support us and truly demonstrated how much Figaro cares about the local community.
