I kept hearing about Frank's from friends. Today I picked up 2 sandwiches and 6 butter tarts. The food was deliciously good and the staff were amazing. I'll definitely be going back.
My very first time going to Frank’s today and I will be back for sure. I had the Frank Special, and it was amazing. Also my first time trying pickled egg plant- and I thought I was a foodie 😜 couldn’t leave without grabbing a dozen of “Ottawa’s best butter tarts” and they did not disappoint either!!
called and emailed to place a catering order... no response and when I called back to confirm the order I was told "we don't do that kind of catering" it was soup.. and sandwiches... I received no call back and no email reply... very VERY unprofessional.

Frank's Catering & Baked Goods (Greenbank) is one of the best, if not the best, sandwich shop in all of Ottawa. Customers receive a Nerf sized football sandwich with almost 2 inches of meat. There is an amazing selection of 30+ different types of sandwiches, including the franks special, the #4 with extra mayo, the meatball one, and the four horseman with pickled eggplant. The sandwiches are at a really good price with generous portions. The shop offers a variety of different types of breads, including three different wraps, a jalapeño cheese and onion bun, and a regular white bun. Everything is fresh. Besides sandwiches, there are many delicious baked goods like butter tart varieties, sausage rolls, pies, cookies, chocolate chip cannolis, buttermilk pie, and carrot cake. The staff is lovely. Customers highly recommend the chocolate chip cannolis and heating the tarts for 8 seconds.
