I have travelled the world and Holly’s Hot Chicken is one of, if not the best! I had the Habanero Hot Chicken and it was hot but so so so flavorful. The staff were all so kind and welcoming and the atmosphere was basic but perfect. The environment summed up the food. We don’t need bells and whistles. We do what we do, and we do it well. Probably the best hot battered chicken sandwich I've had. Not greasy, not just hot, super flavorful. The donuts were excellent too. Filled donuts had some real heft to them!
The Carolina reaper hot chicken is an experience. For sure the spiciest thing I have ever ate. It made me scream, cry and brought me to my knees. Good job. Definitely took my mind off this god awful weather! 🤣🤣🤣
