Ordered off Uber Eats and the driver forgot the drinks, so I called the restaurant - and even though it was technically an Uber Eats issue, when I called the restaurant, they delivered me the drinks separately, no charge. Very impressed with this customer service- the food is always good, and great portion sizes, I usually end up having leftovers which I love ! Thank you
Food is ok. What's the point of having an online order system if I have to still wait 45 minutes? Especially during COVID, wasn't impressed with that. Portions can be a bit low considering what you pay. I'd recommend you stick with Somerset West and the popular places in Chinatown.
