On March 4th, 2022 around 1:30pm, I bought a Lamb shoulder roast and asked to cut for stew size. He said a butcher will cut for me. I said I will shop around and come back to pick the package. When I was ready to make lamb stew and opened the package at home, I found it was not cut at all. They are not not honest!!!
