These people know how to make a bagel sandwich, and they bring that Montreal je ne sais quois to wherever they go. Their take on the Cuban sandwich is interesting, to say the least, but it's a nifty interpretation of a classic and takes full advantage of Montreal-style bagel craftsmanship.

I recommend Kettlemans as the food is good and they have good variety. That said. The service is sub-par. My wife and I stop here regularly on Sunday Mornings about 7 am 2 or 3 times a month. Consistently nobody greets us even though there are many workers who make eye contact and just keep doing whatever they're doing. More often than not we have to call out to get attention after waiting several minutes at the front counter. Management doesn't seem to value customer service...read full review
