“I like Kettlemans but I'd never been to this one at the Trainyards until today. It was good, clean and the staff got my order done pretty quickly. Sadly they'd gotten me the wrong order but the manager (at least I assume he was a manager) was so quick to rectify the situation and make sure that everything was OK with me, so much so that I left with a better impression of the place than if they gotten my order right. (Ironic, I know). Excellent service at this place and excellent staff! Kudos to them all.“

“I recommend Kettlemans as the food is good and they have good variety. That said. The service is sub-par. My wife and I stop here regularly on Sunday Mornings about 7 am 2 or 3 times a month. Consistently nobody greets us even though there are many workers who make eye contact and just keep doing whatever they're doing. More often than not we have to call out to get attention after waiting several minutes at the front counter. Management doesn't seem to value customer service and simply expects people to keep coming back as if Kettlemans' history entitles them to customers. That is a surprising attitude in an otherwise excellent store.“

“Good selection of bagels - always super fresh. They also make good sandwiches. We had the BLT and the Club - they were good, prepared w fresh ingredients (lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, chicken/bacon). Perfect amount of mayo.

Not too many chairs however inside so it can get cramped really easily.

The restaurant also smelled very strongly of curry - there’s an Indian place as well there on some days (Thursday to Sunday). Would definitely go back but on Monday-Wednesday only - the smell was very overpowering and our bagels sort of “tasted like” the curry :/“

“We've been twice now and have really enjoyed the food! Service is good and friendly and the bagels are very good! So far we've tried the BLT and Montreal smoked meat sandwiches. I love that they're served with a big pickle! Easy parking too. We will be back :)“
